3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials, including text, images, and other content, in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may result in project delays.
4. Payment Terms
For Services:
Payment for services is processed automatically. If payment is not made on time, the service will be automatically suspended.
For Web Design or Website Creation:
After the web design or website is completed, payment is required once the client has reviewed and approved the final product. Upon approval and payment, the client will receive the final code and all related deliverables.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design. Robins Web Design retains the right to display the project in our portfolio and for promotional purposes. Any third-party content used in the website will be subject to the original owner’s licensing terms.
6. Revisions and Changes
Minor revisions are included in the project cost, as outlined in the project agreement. Significant changes or additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the client.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client cancels the project, Robins Web Design will retain the deposit and may invoice for any work completed up to the date of termination.
8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Robins Web Design strives to provide high-quality services but does not guarantee that the website will be error-free. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services or any loss of data.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of he Netherlands.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the new terms.
